Kathy Taylor has 30+ years of experience in higher education career development and internship program management.  

For 21 years she was Director of Career Development and Academic Advising at Colby-Sawyer College in New London, NH overseeing the career development, internship, academic advising and study abroad programs. This included raising the standards and significance of internships in all majors and formalizing data collection and assessment for all programs.  

In 2015, Kathy became the Director of Community Outreach at St. Paul’s School, a private boarding school in Concord, NH.  In this role, she connects all students to charitable and nonprofit organizations.  Her collaborative and student-centered approach results in successful community partnerships that intentionally and deeply involve students in civic engagement within the local community. 

Prior to Colby-Sawyer, Kathy worked at Saint Anselm College and Hobart and William Smith Colleges.  She earned her MS Ed and BA from Alfred University.
