Kenneth CedegrenStudent Achievement AwardNamed
in honor of Dr. Cedegren, a charter member of NEACEFE, was on the Board
of Directors, Editor, and Editor-in-Chief of the NEACEFE Newsletter for
many years. Throughout
his time on the NEACEFE Board, Ken was highly respected by friend and colleagues. Ken was the Director of Cooperative Education and Career

Sidney F. AustinOutstanding Service Award Named
in honor of Mr. Austin, the "Founding Father" of NEACEFE. In the Fall
of 1976, Sid organized a group of Cooperative Education directors and
employers in the New England area who were interested in the development
and expansion of cooperative education and field experience. As NEACEFE's first president, Sid's wise and principled leadership grew the organization to become the successful and dynamic organization it is today. |
Herb RobinsonOutstanding Employer AwardNamed in honor of Herbert Robinson, an active member of NEACEFE from its inception. He served as President, Long-Time Chairman of the Membership, Awards, Constitution & By-Laws , Program, and Nominating Committees, as well as numerous sub-committees and served on the Board of Directors for a number of years. Herb has long championed the employer interests of NEACEFE by encouraging membership and programs of interest to employers. | Marlene AmatoLifetime Membership AwardNamed after NEACEFE's long-serving Executive Secretary, Marlene Amato, this award is presented to members with 10+ years of membership and play significant roles within the organization.
