Cherie Lynch teaches experiential learning and career development courses required in the undergraduate curriculum and also serves as a coach to approximately 200 communication students.  Cherie was the first Director of Internship at Endicott, reporting to the chief academic officer and led the development of classroom and online curricula and also the design and implementation of a systems infrastructure to support the program. Cherie has served on numerous academic committees and community boards and has presented at professional conferences for experiential and career education at the regional, national, and international level.

Prior to Endicott, Cherie was an early employee at an award-winning software company where she developed and executed all initiatives related to talent, human resources, and organizational strategy before it was sold to Symantec. Cherie began her career in higher education as the manager for classroom academic technology at Boston University and has served in other professional, consultative, and volunteer roles related to workforce development, admissions, and program development. Cherie enjoys living in the vibrant seaside community of Beverly, located on the North Shore of Massachusetts.
