NEACEFE invites new members to join us in our efforts to achieve our goals. Benefits of being a member include:
Annual Fall Conference:
This event highlights developments within experiential education and career services. Programs are held in different locations throughout New England and bring together professionals to present issues facing our field. When possible, we hold joint conferences with similar organizations for the exchange of information and ideas with colleagues outside of the New England area.
Monthly NEACEFE Café
Monthly opportunities to connect with fellow members to discuss pertinent issues in experiential learning. Free with an active membership.
Board members post recent articles which highlight research findings and best practices related to internships and cooperative learning.
NEACEFE represents professionals across Maine, New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Vermont, Rhode Island, and Connecticut, bringing together like-minded individuals tp network, learn and grow each other. Networking opportunities are intentionally installed in every event and meeting that is hosted by NEACEFE.
NEACEFE is governed by a sixteen member Board of Directors elected by the membership to plan events, identify and develop resources, and create opportunities for networking and information exchange.
The Board consists of 4 Association officers, one Director from each of the six New England states and four at-large Directors from the region.
